Not so Easy

Basketball was my favorite hobby growing up. Everyday after school I would run to the park and play until sundown. I thought this sport was easy until I actually dedicated myself to the game. After diving deep into progress, I noticed how much I didn't know. I was humbled knowing that I had only scratched the surface.

The same is true in friendship. The deeper you dedicate yourself, the more intricacies appear, and the more you realize how much growth needs to take place. Let's not run from it, let's embrace it. Are your friendships hard because you are learning about yourself: the good, the bad, and the ugly? If this is the case, you are in the right place.

When you are humbled by the growth that needs to happen in you, embrace it!
