Doorway

Some of my most transformative moments happen at 9 PM on Tuesday nights. I do yoga just before bed as it marks the end of a week and the fresh start of another as work starts Wednesday for me. It's almost as if I'm closing one door and opening another.

As I'm awkwardly placing my body into Yoga poses, there is a juxtaposition between my hurting body and my peaceful mind as I often feel strong convictions surfacing. These convictions are, in reality, dreams about how this next week will be of a better quality than that of before. This might sound too new-agey, but I naturally start visualizing the successful week ahead. This fascinating compilations of reflecting, visualizing and praying is my way of achieving a healthy headspace before the new week begins.

What is your way of achieving a good head space before the new week begins, before you open a new door?
