Who Likes Administration Work?
Sitting down with my boss, working over two hours on budget, sounds fun right?! Weirdly enough, I so enjoyed organizing the money and figuring out where it should go. I used to hate administrative work, you know: Answering emails, making excel spreadsheets, or systematizing goals. Well, this was the case before I took a gifts test that showed administration as one of my top gifts! At first I was mad, but then I realized that I am the best version of myself when I allow myself to live into my gift. Now, I embrace budgeting and statistics because it is my responsibility to hone the gifts that I have been giving.
