Every quarter, I take a week to reflect. There are four quarters in a year made up of three months each. We are ending the second quarter and I thought I would share my top 5 most impactful discoveries over the months of April, May and July.

Experiential Deja Vu Saves
I was overwhelmed. Being in my Masters, I take one week every season to learn in a classroom for 34+ hours. Just over a month ago, so many ideas were communicated with so many words, I had to take a break. Sitting outside, reflecting, I realized that all of these ideas didn't matter if we weren't loving people in the present.
Mesmerized by the ocean, I combined simple words together. This non-complex statement has changed my life:
As we go, we seek and seize moments to love people big
This is my purpose in life. I believe this should be all of your purpose as well.
I just don't want to be the person who talks about loving people well but not enact it myself on a daily basis with my people. This stuff has to start today, if not today, then when? I don't know what bigger means to you, maybe it means giving gifts, saying words, or smiling brighter. Whatever it is, would you not wait until tomorrow? Start loving bigger by being acutely aware of opportunities to love people bigger.
