I've been trying to get up at 5 AM. Actually, I've been trying for the past 6 months. To be honest, most of the time I don't get out of my bed. I decided to leave my laptop at the office and my phone in the car last night because I seem to find myself watching a dumb YouTube video when I jump into my bed at 9 PM; next thing I know it's 11:30 PM.
So how did it go? Well, thank you for asking: It was magical. I read a book because I had nothing else to do, took a hot shower, and laid down... next thing I new it was 5 AM (Thanks to my alarm clock) and I was excited to start my day, which never happens.
I think the constant stimulation of scrolling through Twitter and Instagram tires my brain out. Last night/this morning were signs that my body agrees.
