I think it's crazy how our bodies are always communicating something. Yesterday I spent practically all day watching Netflix because it was one of my off days. After spending 5 straight days hanging out with friends you'd think this would be okay. Around 8 PM I get a throbbing headache! Sadly this is not out of the norm: Every time I overuse my screens during the day I attain a terrible headache.
Whether it be through trusting you gut, stress because lack of sleep, or a headache because of the overuse of our screens, our bodies are always communicating.
How can you listen to your body more?
