Seminar by the Sea

For my Masters program I go to a campus on the peninsula of Point Loma in San Diego. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, I have the opportunity to learn better how to love those around me. For four weeks out of the year, I spend a whole five days learning and absorbing all that God has for me. I try to put all work aside and actually invest myself into the new colors that a quality education provides.

Through spending time away from the people I see on a regular basis, often times a see those people in a different light because new places spark different ways of thinking. When we are able to get this perspective, we can more clearly see the larger framework in which each relationship works within and we ask ourselves;"Are my friendships leading me to where I want to be?"

Step out of your regular routine in order to see people differently.
