My Challenge: Meal Prepping
This week we're focusing on the idea of not waiting until you feel it. A huge part of my growth as a community leader and friend has been because I have taken the time to develop healthy habits (Mostly...keep reading). I wrote yesterday that unhappiness for me means having all these ideas, dreams, and visions for the future but never doing the necessary actions today to get where I want to be tomorrow.
WHAT IS THAT HABIT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING TO 'FEEL' IN ORDER TO MAKE A REALITY?
To answer my own question, it's meal prepping.
With that said, my Challenge for the week is to meal prep 20 meals. I promised myself that I wouldn't put any ceilings on my life this year. For as long as I can remember, I just believed I could only be 'moderately fit'. This year, I decided to break that ceiling on my life and create the necessary habits to reach the next level in my fitness. I've meal prepped before, but never for all of my meals for a week. It's exciting because I've already seen results but progress like this has never been done before!
