How do you rest?

To be honest, since moving to San Diego in May, I don't really know what to do for my off days.

I find myself waking up late, eating terrible food (Mostly Cereal and Cinnamon Buns) and watching whatever is on Netflix. After 3 hours in front of a screen, I usually get a headache, so I take a 3 hour nap...then the cycle repeats itself.

About a month ago I tried something new, every off day I have to:

1. Wake up before 9 AM

2. Talk to a Friend

3. Go for a Walk

I write this because Mondays & Tuesdays are my off days and I just got back from a 7,000 step walk while talking to my brother. It feels really good to do something other than being on my screen all day! I wonder what other people do in their off days?
