Day 1 of the Health Habit!
There are only 16 days left before Christmas Eve. In order to counteract the weight gain, my health habit is to average 7,000 Steps over the next 16 days. This means going for a walk practically everyday. With that said, I hope my walks are as dramatic as the picture above, I will let you know if this is the case.
Whatever your health habit is for the next 16 days, let’s attempt to stick to it together. It definitely will take effort as our bodies are used to gaining weight during this season. So, push hard against that the temptation to give up all your habits!
