So you've had a tough summer. Those goals and habits you created two months ago are nowhere to be found. You want to get back on track… but you don't know how! Here are my three tools that have actually worked in my life.

  1. ?

  2. ?

  3. Don't go alone

For three years I forged concrete values, achieved goals attached to my values, and I've established habits based off of those goals. With that said, about 35 days into many of my goals over the past three years, I would wain off track.

Why?

I didn't have a community of people supporting me and keeping me accountable. You've seen the stats...well if you haven't, here's one of those stats:

if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.
— American Society of Training and Development

Having accountability for a goal or a specific habit is integral for getting back on track. In order to live a colorful life, this is realization all of us come to at some point. This is such a big deal for me that I've dedicated myself to starting a group that meets once a week. This groups soul purpose is to keep each other accountable to the things that matter the most to us.

Who is keeping you accountable?
